These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship for individual stays at LES CABANONS DE L’OUILLE between April 4, 2025, and September 28, 2025. They apply upon payment of the deposit, signifying the client’s full agreement to their terms.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website. However, this information may contain errors or be subject to changes without prior notice, including after a booking has been made. Texts, images, and other content are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.
1. Reservations and Rates
1.1 Reservations
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. Personalized assistance is available from our team.
A reservation becomes effective upon:
Acceptance by LES CABANONS DE L’OUILLE, subject to availability.
Payment of a deposit: €100 for a tent or €200 for a cabanon.
Agreement to these terms and conditions, either online or by signature.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.
1.2 Rates
Dynamic rates vary depending on the period and availability.
A tourist tax (€0.86/adult/night) and an eco-participation fee (€0.34/adult/night) are added to the stay price.
Rates include amenities specific to each type of accommodation:
Cabanons: Beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning included.
Tents: Equipped accommodation, access to facilities, and breakfast included.
1.3 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), holiday vouchers, or bank transfer.
2. Modification and Cancellation of Reservations
2.1 Modifications by the Client
Modifications are possible up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability and the applicable rates.
A written request (email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) is required.
2.2 Cancellations by the Client
Cancellation Guarantee (Optional): For €3/night, this guarantees cancellation without justification, with a refund of all amounts paid (excluding guarantee and service fees).
Cancellation without Guarantee:
Up to 30 days before arrival: Refund minus a €30 penalty + €26 booking fee.
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
3. Your Stay
3.1 Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Accommodations are available from 4 p.m. Early arrivals will be accommodated subject to availability.
Departure: Accommodations must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Late departures may result in an additional night’s charge.
3.2 Security Deposit
A €200 deposit is required upon arrival for cabanons. It will be refunded after an inspection of the accommodation.
3.3 House Rules
All guests must comply with the house rules displayed at reception. In the event of non-compliance, LES CABANONS DE L’OUILLE reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund.
3.4 Accommodations and Facilities
Pets are allowed in the vast majority of our accommodations, except where otherwise specified for certain specific rentals.
4. Claims and Liability
4.1 Claims
During your stay, any complaints can be addressed to reception.
After your stay, complaints must be sent by registered letter within one month to:

4.2 Liability
LES CABANONS DE L’OUILLE accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5. Website Usage
Online reservations must be for personal and legitimate purposes.
Any attempt at resale or demand manipulation will result in immediate cancellation.

6. Specific Provisions for Les Cabanons de l’Ouille
Seasonal Opening: April 4 to September 28, 2025.
Reception Hours: Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (subject to changes). Night security is provided.
Parking: One parking space is included per booking. Additional spaces are available for an extra fee.
Lost and Found: Items are kept for 30 days before being returned or donated to charity.

In the event of a dispute, clients may contact the Consumer Mediation Center of Justice Conciliators (CM2C).
